Three fields. Real human reply.
- 01 — Sound familiar?
The kitchen behind the kitchen.
Every five-star resort lives a quiet contradiction. The website tells one story. The loading dock tells another.
06:00 — The loading dock
The chilled freight from Singapore missed its Dubai connection. The arugula, the micro-amaranth, the edible violets, all five thousand kilometres away. Tonight’s tasting menu has eighty-four covers.
Sunday — The Forbes review
Five stars on the spa. Five stars on the villa. Three stars on breakfast: “the herbs tasted tired.” They were picked seven days and three airports ago.
- 02 — How it works
A typical install for an ultra-luxury resort.
Turnkey, polyculture, engineered for the property’s climate. From the chef’s brief to first harvest.
Year-round.
Production through monsoon, summer heat, and winter.
Polyculture.
Leafy, herbs, microgreens, vine crops, edible flowers, not just lettuce.
Turnkey.
Designed, installed, commissioned, trained, and supported.
Climate-fit.
Engineered for desert heat or tropical humidity. Not a generic container.
- 03 — Two ecosystems
One climate for the desert. Another for the island.
Two reference architectures, each engineered for a specific climate’s heat and humidity, then tuned to the property.

Archetype B
The remote tropical resort.

- 05 — Going further
Kitchen waste in. Carbon credits out.
For properties pursuing carbon-positive operation, our optional Biolysis module converts kitchen and garden organic waste into hydrochar, locking carbon in the soil for thousands of years and improving the same farm that fed the kitchen.
Verifiable sequestration. CSRD- and SBTi-relevant. Optionally tokenised as carbon credits.

- 06 — Straight answers
What you're probably thinking right now.
"We're not farmers."
Nor are we asking you to be. Every project is delivered turnkey, installed, commissioned, and supported. Your resident operator needs no agricultural background. We handle the rest from the Netherlands.
"We're worried about the capex."
Pilot installs start at the cost of a small spa expansion. Garden-as-a-Service contracts move the spend from capex to a monthly F&B-line OpEx. We design to the budget.
"Will the yield be reliable?"
Polyculture is the answer. Dozens of crops, staggered cycles, neutral-pH biostimulant. The chef plans the menu from the farm, not around it.
"Who runs it day-to-day?"
One trained operator on your team, after a short on-property training. We monitor remotely, ship consumables yearly, and respond to flags within hours.
