Luxury Resorts, Hotels & Fine Dining

A garden your guests can walk into.

The finest thing on the plate should be the shortest distance from the kitchen.

Arrival

The first thing your guests walk past is growing.

Not a lawn. A garden that feeds the restaurant, on the way from the lobby to the room.

The kitchen

Your chef cooks with what grew this morning.

Cut minutes before service, so it reaches the plate at its best and nothing waits in a cold room.

The table

Dinner, a few steps from where it grew.

Herbs, leaves and edible flowers picked the morning of service. Guests taste the difference before anyone tells them.

The tour

The garden becomes something to do.

A walk through the greenhouse with the chef, a harvest for the children, a story guests take home and tell.

On its way

A complete farm, shipped to an island resort.

Every tower and every system, crated in the Netherlands and dispatched to a resort in Curaçao.

Curaçao, 2026

The Curaçao resort greenhouse at handover, May 2026
The same greenhouse in full growth, July 2026

An international resort wanted its restaurants and its cocktail garden to serve what grew on the property.

We built the greenhouse on the property and handed it over in May. By July it was in full growth: vegetables and herbs for the à la carte restaurants, and for the cocktail garden.
