Grow Pod – Mist Ponics Tower
Co-extruded ABS towers — black core, white shell — deliver a precision 10–60 micron mist directly onto bare roots, so plants take in oxygen and nutrition at the same moment. That is the secret behind explosive, water-light growth, and it scales beautifully: a single 1 HP pump drives a whole bank of 50 to 250 pods.
An automatic CIP system keeps every nozzle clean with zero manual work, and the tower is foldable by design — convert it into a GrowPod or GrowWall to fit a new build or an existing greenhouse. IoT-ready out of the box.

System 02 · For the bigger, fruiting crops
Lava Bucket – Dutch Bucket
Built for the larger plants a tower cannot hold. A blended substrate of bentonite, coco-peat and carbon behaves like a living biofilter — holding moisture, feeding roots and reusing nutrient water drawn straight from the GrowPods above it.
It is virtually maintenance-free, with no cleaning cycle, and scales from a 25-bucket trial to a 200-bucket production line.

System 03 · Uniform leafy green production at scale
New-NFT – Channel System
Food-grade Nutrient Film Technology for homogeneous leafy greens — romaine, butter lettuce, pak choi and herbs — where a kitchen needs the same size and weight every week.
Constant nutrient delivery gives every plant the same conditions, so harvest cycles can be planned rather than hoped for, and parallel channel configurations expand the line as demand grows.

Eb-Flow-GO – Growing Table
The stage between the nursery and the main systems: a flood-and-drain table that matures seedlings and grows leafy greens and herbs on XPS plates under controlled conditions.
Alternating flooding and drainage keeps roots hydrated and oxygenated, so young plants develop uniformly before they move to the towers, channels or buckets.

LED Growth Kart – Seeding Kart
A modular nursery cart that carries seeds from germination to transplant under energy-efficient LED grow lights, with fully automated irrigation handling the daily watering for you.
Up to five layers and 200 grow places per cart — and it asks for almost nothing back, just one or two tank cleanings a year.

System 08 · Kitchen waste, back into the garden
Soil-Maker – In-Vessel Composter
The Urban Ponics Soil-Maker, an in-vessel composter for the property's own organic waste: kitchen and garden scraps go in, organic compost comes out. It all happens in a closed drum, with no heaps outdoors and no separate maturing area.
A natural process sped up by selected enzymes, bacteria and fungi, with low energy use and simple daily operation. Sized from boutique hotels to large resorts, it closes the loop between the restaurant and the garden.
